Ingredients
- 1 large hand full of all purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- salt
Directions
- Place the flour on a work surface in a mound
- Salt the flour
- Form a well in the mound and add the egg
- Take a fork and beat the egg well
- Slowly pull the flour into the egg with the fork (pulling and mixing
pulling and mixing)
- When the dough get too thick to mix with the fork, Start mixing with
your fingers
- When it is fully incorporated (you might have to add a little water)
Start kneading with the heels of your hands
- Knead for 5 minutes or longer
- Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- Remove from the refrigerator and allow the dough to rest for about 15
minutes before rolling.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until quite thin (1/16 inch.)
- Cut the dough as desired.
